Confronting Discrimination: an online seminar for female musicians.

While the working environment has improved in the arts in recent years, female musicians still have to deal with discriminatory behaviour, both overt and unconscious, far too often. In this seminar, some of London's leading female musical directors will share their insights into how such behaviour can be identified and confronted, and what steps we can all take to prevent it being normalised.

Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Under-18s should have an adult present.

This event is reserved for female-identifying and non-binary musicians and is part of the #LadiesoftheStave initiative to support female musicians in theatre. It is free of charge.
