What practical steps can female theatre musicians take in response to discriminatory, sexually inappropriate and/or threatening behaviour?

We welcome Natalie Witts-Kilshaw from the Musicians' Union to shed some light on the mechanisms in place to combat misconduct against women in a theatre workplace.
